Ali Kashani
Ali Kashani co-founded Serve in January 2021 and has served as Chief Executive Officer since. Prior to co-founding Serve, he served as Vice President of Postmates Inc., an on-demand food delivery platform. Prior to Postmates, Dr. Kashani was the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Neurio Technology, Inc., a smart home technology company acquired by Generac Power Systems (NYSE: GNRC). Dr. Kashani is an inventor with 15 granted or pending patents. Dr. Kashani received both his Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and his Doctorate in Robotics from the University of British Columbia and was awarded Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada’s Alexander Graham Bell Canada Graduate Scholarship.

Touraj Parang
Touraj Parang has served as Serve’s Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Board since March 2021, and was appointed President in July 2022. Prior to joining Serve, Mr. Parang worked at GoDaddy Inc. (NYSE: GDDY), where he most recently served as Vice President of Corporate Development. Prior to that, Mr. Parang was the founding Chief Operating Officer of UpCounsel Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Enduring Ventures, Inc.), Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development at Webs, Inc. (acquired by Vistaprint N.V.), and co-founder and Chief Operating Office of Jaxtr, Inc. (acquired by Sabse Technologies Inc.). Mr. Parang received his Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Economics from Stanford University and his Juris Doctorate from Yale Law School.
Chief Financial Officer

Brian Read has served as Serve’s Chief Financial Officer since April 2024. Mr. Read previously served as Controller for Apptronik Inc., as Global Controller at REE Automotive Ltd. (NASDAQ: REE), and as Assistant Global Controller at Coherent Corp (NASDAQ: COHR). He began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Read holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Duquesne University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Dmitry Demeshchuk
Dmitry Demeshchuk co-founded Serve in January 2021 and has served as Vice President of Software since. Prior to co-founding Serve, he was a Director at Postmates Inc., where he was a founding engineer in the internal innovation unit Postmates X. Previously, he developed software products at Machine Zone Ltd., Mochi Media, and Parcsis. Mr. Demeshchuk received his Bachelor of Physics from Ulyanovsk State University.

MJ Chun
MJ Chun co-founded Serve in January 2021 and has served as Vice President of Product and Design since. Prior to co-founding Serve, she was a Director at Postmates Inc. She previously spent 17 years leading product and live services development on connected devices, marketplaces and video games, serving as a product leader at Anki Inc., BigCommerce Inc. (NASDAQ: BIGC), and Electronic Arts Inc. (NASDAQ: EA). Ms. Chun received a Bachelor of Arts with High Honors from Swarthmore College.
Chief Hardware & Manufacturing Officer
Euan Abraham

Euan Abraham has served as Serve's Chief Hardware & Manufacturing Officer since June 2024, after joining Serve in January 2022 as Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering. Prior to joining Serve, Mr. Abraham served as Senior Vice President, Hardware Engineering at Latch, Inc. (NASDAQ: LTCH), leading engineering and design across San Francisco, New York and China. Prior to that, he served as Vice President, Hardware Engineering at GoPro, Inc. (NASDAQ: GPRO) leading camera and accessory lines. Mr. Abraham received his Bachelor of Engineering at the University of Sheffield.

Chief Software & Data Officer
Anthony Armenta

Anthony Armenta has served as Serve's Chief Software and Data Officer since November 2024. Prior to joining Serve, Mr. Armenta was Chief Technology Officer at BrightDrop, now part of the General Motors (NYSE:GM) Chevrolet Brand. Prior to that, he served as Vice President of Software Engineering at Postmates Inc., as Vice President of Software Engineering at Anki Robotics, and as Senior Vice President of Engineering at Wyse Technologies, acquired by Dell (NYSE:DELL). Mr. Armenta received his Bachelor of Science at the University of California, Davis.

General Counsel
Evan Dunn

Evan Dunn has served as Serve’s General Counsel since October 2024. Previously, he served as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at TuSimple (OTCMKTS: TSPH), and as Deputy General Counsel at Four Corners Property Trust (NYSE: FCPT). Prior to that, he gained experience at prominent law firms Perkins Coie, Mintz Levin, and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett. Mr. Dunn received a Bachelor of the Arts from Williams College and a J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.

Head of Investor Relations and Communications
Aduke Thelwell

Aduke Thelwell has served as Serve’s Head of Investor Relations and Communications since July 2023, after joining Serve in May 2021 as Head of Communications. Prior to joining Serve, Ms. Thelwell served as a Partner at global communications agency Kekst CNC. Previously she worked as a management consultant at Bain & Co., and as an investment banker at Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at Morgan Stanley. Ms. Thelwell received a Bachelor of the Arts with High Honors from Swarthmore College and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

VP of Policy
Vignesh Ram
Vignesh Ram has served as Serve’s Vice President of Policy since February 2022. Prior to joining Serve, Mr. Ram served as Director of Government Relations at Match Group Inc. (NASDAQ: MTCH), managing state antitrust efforts. He previously served as Head of Government Relations at Postmates, Inc., focused on privacy, robotics, mobility, and the future of work. Mr. Ram received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Santa Cruz and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He was also a Technology and Democracy Fellow at the Harvard Kennedy School.
VP of Program Management
Charlie Hite
Charlie Hite has served as Serve’s Vice President of Program Management since January 2023, after joining the company as Director of Development Operations in March 2022. Before joining Serve, Mr. Hite was a program management lead at Waymo, an Alphabet Inc (NASDAQ:GOOGL) subsidiary, where he worked to advance autonomous long haul trucking. He was previously a leader in program management and software development at Anki, Inc., LucasFilm, and Electronic Arts Inc (NASDAQ: EA).
